My boxer was stolen this past sunday from bridgeport ks. Pretty sure the boxer mix thats posted in lost & found named Spot is BUBVA.. He had a blue collor ,now he has red bandanna . Since he was stolen, Will I get charged with dog at large ???

Is there a web site or link to go to other then FB when finding a lost dog after hours or on the weekends when shelter is closed. Cuz I have someone's dog. And I know if my baby was missing I want to get her ASAP.
