As long as it's a store brand, the manager told me to my face that they'll take things back. In my case, I was debating about getting their inexpensive stand mixer and he said try it and if you don't like it bring it back with or without a receipt for several months, since they'll know when the sold the product. The product worked for my needs but it was nice to know they stand behind their products. How this helps.
