We were there mid June, water was still high, swimming beach area closed, boat ramp on the point closed, Mariana open, and all electric camp sites appeared open, but less than 20% of the sites in use.

The upper part of Truman is open. The lower part wasn't at the time we camped. There was extremely amount of water. Yes they have electric sites
