Free to visit, fee for camping.
Remember you can't pick up dead and downed wood for campfires so don't tell your kids to pick up sticks for the campfire because the park cop will come around and tell you you can't. Something about impact to the environment but remember if the fuel loading gets too heavy the state will probably use your tax dollars to hire a crew to do a controlled burn(Rx burn) to reduce fuel loading to prevent a catastrophic wildfire...when lots of kids picking up sticks could have saved tax dollars and helped the kids develop a work ethic. Lol
No its free to go inside to look around
Free to hike and park at all trails, only costs money to camp.
The east side of the park is public and free to access. There are shelter houses there, places to cook and picnic, the swimming beach, and the marina. The western side of the park is the camping area, and you do have to pay admission for that. I'm not sure if you can enter for free or not, but you definitely have to pay to camp, and the checkpoint along the road suggests that you have to pay to get in at all. Which is a shame, as there are more hiking trails over there.
There isn't any admission fee to enter.
Only charge is for camping. Shelter houses, swim beach, and access to the Marina and boat ramps are free
