My vehicle expired early in 2018, I need to get it renewed, but can't find the renewal card i received in the mail, what info do I need to bring in to get it registered? It has previously been registered in Colorado at my current address.

Proof of insurance, paperwork with the VIN on it, your Driver's license and form of payment. I'd recommend cash or check as there is an additional fee for using a card.

You just need your plate number. You only need proof of insurance and emissions if its required- you can call and give them your plate number to see if either will be required. You don't need your title or proof of address or your ID to renew a vehicle.
