We go to the one on 92nd and Sheridan like that one.
No they don't all suck as you so quaintly put it. I have found that if you are talking to someone there and it's clear he or she doesn't know what they are talking about you should request to speak to the manager and make your request with them. If you don't then you need to figure out who is the bigger fool, you or the fool you are talking to.
I think the earlier the better of service you will get. I had a little bit of a wait however left satisfied.
I wouldn't recommend the one at Belmar either.
No the one on thunderbird in Phoenix az is pretty good
I've had pretty bad experiences there, as well. I'm not sure what the problem is. Truthfully, I've never gone to a "good" Best Buy. Their customer service is never very good.
I have found the degree to which any given best buy "sucks" can very much vary based on the store location and management. Over all I mostly have pleasant experiences when shopping at best buy. Although have had repeated bad experiences at the Lakewood, Colorado bel mar location.
What made your experience (suck)? I purchased a coffee maker from the Northglenn best buy and the manager for that department was knowledgeable about all the products. She wasn't pushy at all. Id like to know which department so i can avoid any future headaches
They have all started to hire pushy idiots.
northglenns actually one of the better ones unfortunately, they've gone downhill a lot all around pretty much like I was just at the one at Mills and oh my God that was a freaking nightmare the guy was rude he didn't know what he was talking about the other guy couldn't get anything to work by way of comparison the Northglenn store is freaking heaven I mean I'd rather have total neglect then the treatment we got at the Mills store
