Does it cost extra if you have a pet?

So 250 nonrefundable deposit plus 30 a month equals out to be $360 a year for a pet. Dont they think people with cats shouldn't pay that price? Never took a cat for a walk or to a kitty park not everyone has a dog 😂

I believe that the limit 3 pets, but you get alot for that extra fee: 2 dog runs with agility equipment, and a doggy water fountain in the summer. There is also a dog wash station that's very convenient. There are lots of doggy-bag stations all over, and lots of interesting areas to vary your daily walks.
