I was wondering how much utilities cost per month? Like water, trash, gas, electric, etc or if any are included in the rent already? Thanks!

We lived at the waterfront, 2nd floor. Summer DTE averaged $70 -$80/per month. In the winter it went up to average $$110 -130 per month. Water, sewage and trash goes by number of renters in the household. For 2 of us it was about $45 per month. We used to live in Schooner Cove, across the Lake and had comparable costs, but a much smaller apartment, no lake view, no fireplace, and no laundry in the apartment.

Electric and gas - DTE (separate) water,trash and sewage is separate also..
