Me car will be due for its first oil change soon. I did return my certified Escape to have inside detailed. Due to an order. Was pleased with their response and service.
Well from someone who use to work there. They do have a lot of customers to take care. The main shop techs are solemn trained in everything. As well as they can only progress with repairs with the OK of the customer. I guarantee it was not the technicians fault.
My thought is that they weren't overly anxious to get it in and they probably didn't have anybody that knew enough to know how to work on it
I've never had a problem with service there. If my vehicle sat for 1 day, I would be on the phone calling someone!
I've been dealing with Seymour Ford since over 3 years and I've always had a wonderful experience. Only 2 months ago, I moved to Ohio, so not going back to them. Speak to Jim or Brad, they're extremely professional and take care of you very well...
