Bought a truck last year and found a fastener pry tool chilling behind the grill. Not the end of the world, obviously since I didn’t notice it for several months it’s just not the best look. Used car inspections could probably use some work, but no other complaints about the dealership or people I worked with. Free delivery was a major plus, as well.

Call the Service Department.

Why is it I made an appointment to have my Ford shuttle bus looked at and it sat in the parking lot for 4 days without moving? Service? Yeh right. Took it to an independent Ford trained tech. Done the next day.
