Have not received any calls from 20/20 reps. Have been through 3 agents. 2014 sent check for 4500.00. And then payed additional 1500.00 . So 6ks and 4 yrs later nothing. Meanwhile I am just paying but with interest adding.

I am self employed, it took ALMOST 4 years to get my case settled!! The Dept. at the IRS that handles Self Employed tax cases is literally ONLY 20% of handling agents. 20/20 had to file numerous appeals, etc. They got me a Very Very acceptable settlement!!! But, I to had to address not being contacted for long term of time (part was my fault, I admit)
