So this location is interesting. They didn't have eather of the james avary charms I wanted for trip I called 2 days later to see if they got it in and 2 lady's pass me back and forth and As soon as another customer comes up they don't want to have anything to do with me anymore and ask me for my phone number to call me back to see if they can find it. that's not how Dillard does things, I used to work for dillards the client that's on the phone is just as important as the person that is in front of you. and I think this location needs to learn that and also learn to keep things on their shelves and stalked. Also love how it took 3 months to see.

Went an hour before close. The employees were hard to find and not especially helpful, but I’m guessing that had to do with the time of our visit. Tons of options though :)
