How do I get a live person on the phone at the venue?

The Ogden Theatre box office is open on event days 1 hour prior to doors. It is also open on Saturdays from 10am - 2pm.

You have to wait until the box office is open... usually evenings when shows are scheduled. That's pretty standard with these small venues... they don't usually have anyone there until then.
