I live in Wayne County but I try to go to Lyon Oaks dog park as much as possible. I have my dog registered with the city of Taylor so he has his tags. Every time I go to this park I pay $5 for a day pass. You can pay the annual fee if you will be going more frequently.

Technically, you have to have your dog registered with oakland county, which costs $30/year, if I remember right. Then there is a fee to get in to the park itself, which might also be $30/year-ish. That being said, I haven't seen anyone check. I've been going there for only a few months, though. Plus, it's helpful for other dog owners to know that your dog has had its shots.
Yes there is a fee $30. But well worth it. They have a side for the larger dogs & side for smsller dogs like mine 6 lbs.
