I'm a senior living in senior government subsidized housing looking to move from Lansing, Mi area to be closer to my family that lives in the thumb area of Michigan. So just trying to find something income based that can afford.

In my opinion these are a little pricey but then again what isnt these day. Im paying 834, + renters insurance, but everything is included except electric obviously. I like this place however. No complaints

Ok I was just more concerned if these are income based? Government subsidized? I can't afford that on Social Security.
