Hi. Do they offer a type of patient advocate or someone who can help understand what things mean on tests? I'm talking abbreviations, highs, lows, etc. I'd have to contact like 10 different Drs to find out about ea. thing. Is there a 1 stop option?

There is an information station near the South Entrance. It is not specifically for that, but most nurses you see there are very helpful as well.
