Kyle, ty for explaining that to me. I appreciate your honesty and truthful answer. I was aggrivated and did not understand the work going into a new software. Now I do. I Will wait it out. I still think you have the best auction house out there and admire you more now for not blowing smoke. Thanks.
David, The software is scheduled to get updated this week. We've been experiencing lagging in the auction closing for the past 8 auctions (or so) and have made it a point to switch platforms as soon as possible. However, this takes a lot to build the new website and transfer over all the information etc. from the old site. We realize that a majority of the bidders wait to bid at the end of the auction, however there is plenty of time to place max bids from Thursday evening thru Tuesday afternoon. We know we have lost customers (both sellers and buyers) over the continued failure of the software we lease. For which we are sorry. I hope you can still be successful tonight in your bidding! Kyle
