It cost my husband and I $16,500 to transfer from one unit to another.Our rent is $430.00 a month for now for a 2 bedroom unit.The only utility you don't have to pay for right now is water.
You need to buy a share of the cooperative. Ask the office for exact details but if its the same still it should be $3000 for the share which you can sell when you quit. Instead of rent you pay a maintenance fee on your share and your share is your property.. Rent now is 380 1bd 400 2bd 420 3bd
