Blower followed by a water hose
If there really full use a ladder and a pair of gloves and pull out then rinse with hose, or if there not to bad you can buy an attachment for your hose that that will reach up there and high pressure water it clean
Go to Lowes as them. Lots of knowledgeable staff onsite.
