Is this site handicapped accessible at all?

Fully handicap accessible

I know you can get on to the first floor of the museum but I can't remember if there are any elevators to get to the upper floors.

I think it has everything you might require.

I believe they have handicapped parking and I know they have handicap ramps it's a great place
