The best way to determine what a tattoo will cost is to go into a ship and speak with an artist. A small tattoo like that can be expected to cost in the area of $50-100 depending on exact size, level of detail and any additional color work. But ultimately it is up to an individual artist to decide on an art piece. DTC is friendly and take walk in questions if that helps, I've done it several times before.
