No it's not a state park it's a city park with City Limits and rules it does close and open at certain times you can't stay there overnight and if you do the cops will mess you up I was homeless once here in Yuma that's not the place you want to live

It's a City Park. A nice park for swimming, walking, walking dogs, riding scooters which can be found there or close by most of the time.
