The animal care center - Cache Creek Animal Rescue only rents space from Alsip H&N. They have nothing to do with each other beyond that. If you want information about any of the dogs there, you'll have to go to their FB page and message them. Or you can go there and talk to them directly. Alsip H&N is in Frankfurt - you can find their address at the same area where you left this question.

Calling them or going there in person is your best bet
