Hi Phong, we do carry chicken manure garden supplement. It is a great general fertilizer, especially for adding nitrogen, for any vegetable plants, though we're not too sure about the validity of what you've heard about making peppers hotter. The most sure method to encourage hotter peppers is to let the plants dry out slightly before watering, just by leaving more time in between waterings. Also, making sure they're getting the hottest sun available. Hot weather = hot peppers.
