They once put the wrong viscosity oil in the wife's car. She called and they offered her a free oil change on the next one or she could bring it back in and they would change it. She took it back in and they replaced it right away. They had to pull oil off the store shelves because they were out of that viscosity in the bulk oil. Had dozens of oil changes and only this one mishap.
Never have a hard time in line. Just had van in for an oil change no problems with them. They were very friendly and helpful answered all my questuons.

Ive found them to be quite knowledgeable and friendly. A friend actually told me how inexpensive and fast they were and I decided to give it a shot. That was two years ago, havent taken any of my vehicles anywhere else since.
