To whom it may concern I was there about 15 minutes and ordered a chicken sandwich and frosty my frosty was fine but the sandwich had lettuce that was white and tierally hard with no greenery and basically one circle of onion. I had to send it back

Their drive thru always has a line. Inside its slow. All i ordered was nuggets (that still tasted frozen), burger and frosty. I wont be going back.

Sounds like they gave u the end of the lettuce and onions... pitiful. U should've taken it back...I would've 2!

I was greatly pleased with my service as well as my order at the Wendy's on S. Ashland at 83rd. I tried 4 different Wendy's after my visit on Ashland, and matched service nor presentation on the sandwich.
