Been coming to this mcdonalds alot. The Manager which is an elderly man always has a nasty attitude, poor customer service,& they always messing up my orders. And dare i say their employees always need to be more respectful, and have better customer services. Idc im speaking on how i feel. So someone tell Robald McDonald to check their Mcemployees asap

Man, they really worked my nerves today. I think they need some serious training in customer service. Great customer service is easy when situations are easy and simple, but it’s the challenging situations that really identify great service. I had a curbside order this morning. I get home, handle some meetings, send some invoices and by that time my stomach is eating itself. I come to find out the breakfast sandwich is completely wrong and has bacon, I haven’t had pork since 2006. Not to mention that on the way home, I noticed my coffee had cream. I havent had cow’s milk since 2002. I don’t do cream. So I travel all the way back to the restaurant for them to tell me because it was a mobile app order the only thing they could do is exchange it for something on the lunch menu. I explained I have no interest in MCD for lunch. And she shrugs, oh well. She tells me the money goes to the app. Not the restaurant, so she can’t refund. So I asked does the restaurant just give away free food for the food that comes through the app? Long story short from the minute she was informed I was there due to an issue her entire attitude was “wtf do you want”. There was no compassion, no “I’m sorry for the inconvenience” “I’d be happy to…” “my apologies” NONE OF THAT. Her approach, attitude, and energy very loudly said “damn what do you want, I can’t give you want you want, and oh well deal with it”. I even asked her mgr’s name and she said Feliciano. I asked, does he have a last name? She said “I don’t know it”. Lol It was a sh*tty experience and I’ll never go to that MCD again and that was my “go-to” McDonalds.
