Online tickets are required on weekends. Without purchasing online, you are not guaranteed entry.
We went on a weekend and bought tickets there and got in aalso it wasn't that crowded
You can choose to buy it online or there as well but yes you're not guarantee for entry if you buy it at the gate
You have both options I bought mine there, weekends you have to buy tickets to get on and on the weekdays you get in free and just pay for your activities
