Why in the heck do they not keep a fork lift. Or two inside the store to help the people obtain heavier items on hogher shelf. Been waiting 20-30 minutes for someone to come back with one.

Yeah normally shipping is very helpful!! And most in cabinets and appliances can operate them as well. Only certain people can use the reach truck!! When I worked there not just everyone could jump on a machine because careless people ran into very valuable products.

They usually do have one in the very back but when its really busy or when merchandise in a trailer is recieved its all hands on deck to unload.
