Attempt to call the VOSPCA before you just show up. It is sometimes difficult to reach them by phone. My understanding is that there is a fee to surrender animals at VOSPCA. LAST NUMBER I have for them is 651-1111. They are open Wed - Sun. You also might want to call City of Visalia Animal Care Center at 713-4700. They are located in a beautiful new building out where the old SPCA used to be. They are open Wed- Fri 12-6 and Sat&Sun 12-5. We have been dealing with both businesses to attempt to get the ferrel cat problem under control in our neighborhood / and get kittens accepted. So far we have not been successful .....but we keep trying. However, you may have better luck. Wishing you success .
Be sure to go to the SPCA behind the BMW dealership in Visalia. That is their shelter location and they can the animals in and orepare them for adoption. It is a big blue warehouse.
So dont take them to new building
Yes, they will help you
