We have a full service repair shop. If it's our system and under warranty we can help with diagnosis and repair. Even if you didn't get it from us we can check it in and give you a quote for repair.
They are very good about the equipment they sell. Better for them to replace it than have unhappy customer. Customer base seems important to them.
I bout an HP laptop and the touchscreen is malfunctioning. Can that be fixed??
