What I would do is park somewhere downtown then take Uber or if you can walk. Vs. Driving around in narrow streets downtown. 🙂

No, unfortunately you have to find your own parking, there are a couple of parking lots, and also parking garage.
Unfortunately, no. But, you could find parking next to the market square or anywhere under IH 35 bridge at a reasonable price.
No. You pretty much have to look online for places around it to park. And 99% of those places are pay to park.
