I was just there and the wait is about 1.5 hours but we'll worth the wait. Paid Parking is near by.
They don't take reservations you gotta wait in the line like everyone else, and there's always mariachis.
Carlos is correct, they have mariachi playing everyday. You don't need reservations, it's a big restaurant.
