Most Tiffany jewelry is made in the US. Some collection pieces are indeed made in Italy. Not sure about Rome proper. Glass and enameled stuff mostly, I think. My knowledge, however, is about a decade old. Most charms are domestic, but I know they have a couple glass bead charms -- so, you may be in luck. Call them, ask for the tall, thin, Latin man whose name begins with a V. I forget his name, but he's always the guy I look for. Or, the gal from Peru. She's smart too.
