I love this jewelry store Gurinsky's. I was there last week bought some ear rings. And a silver chain also my first initial c to go with it. I bought my 2 nieces the same rings red heart shape. For Valentine s last year. Also bought 2 Ruby rings for my sister and I last year.

Always an exceptional experience! There are many great jewelers in the area but I will ALWAYS shop at Gurinsky's - they care about their customers and their products are top notch. Rhonda and Charlie go above and beyond to focus on the customer experience and make their customers feel like their jewelry experience is their top priority. I live in Pittsburgh and I will only shop at Gurinsky's. I love the new adjustable gold chain I recently purchased to wear my great grandmother's pendant. Thank you, Gurinsky's! It's so special to carry a bit of my Mimi around.

I was disappointed that a process I was told would take a few days actually took 2 weeks. I took a pearl ring that needed the prongs extended and retightened because the pearl fell out. When I got the ring back it had one long prong and the other’s were short and left undone. I took the ring back and I was assured they would take care of it. When I got the ring back the prongs seemed to be the original size that is the size it was when I brought the ring to them for adjustment in the first place. Not sure what they did besides tight the prongs. But it cost me two weeks and $30. I can’t recommend this jewelry store.
