The pickers that shop for the orders are supposed to be checking for expiration dates. If they had they should have then alerted the dairy department because those employees are also supposed to be checking dates of expiration and pulling expired stock. Contact the manager of the store you placed the order at. They should replace it for you with no problems.
Uuuuuuu that not good ... Need to pay more attention, just keep in mind we all make mistakes, call them and you can be sure that they will make it right.
They should be shopping as if for themselves. HEB trains them so I would call for a replacement. They keep records of who picks what.
They definitely should have! HEB has wonderful people working for them and I am sure if you let them know they will make it right!
