I ordered a couch on July 26 2019 was told that it would take 2 weeks. I callp the warehouse to see if the order was in I was told the truck would leaving on August 9th . So I called the next week was told my furniture is on the truck that left the 9th and should be here any day. So the next week I called and ask to speak to the store manager on August 21 she then tells me the truck had a delay I ask her when did the truck leave the warehouse she replied oh it left SEVERAL DAYS AGO and she would put me on a priority to get it as so as it gets here. Well I called back to the warehouse on the 25 and was told the truck had left on the August 20 and I was not on a priority list. So it is one to keep telling your customer over and over the trucks are delayed but to have a store manager out right lie to a customer. I have worked in sales and that is not how you keeps customers. And more so would not keep a store manager or an employe that would lie to a customer.

Bought almost $6,000 worth of furniture. It took about 13 weeks for the stuff to arrive in store after being told it would be there in 3 weeks. 2 peices of furniture was broke and they would not and have not replaced. I strongly recommend taking your hard earned money somewhere else, they are crooks and will never see another dime from me!

They do deliver. Just look over your furniture very good. Also We got the warranty but had issues with them fixing/replacing in a timely manner.

Don't do it. Go downtown. I here the new store there is good. I bought a sofa sleeper in May and now have a small claims case in 2 weeks. No sofa no money back. Stay away.
