What is the point of having phones, if you are not going to answer them. I just need to ask a simple question and every time I call, it just rings and rings. No matter what day it is and always between their open hours. It's a Public Health Department, you're suppose to help the Public. Well I am part of the public and I need some help with a question, so someone please answer the phones!!!!

I had the hardest time making an appointment for my son the other day the woman whom answered line 1 was ok but when I was transferred to a lady to help with looking up my child records she was so rude I didn’t get a chance to get her name but I would know her voice. It took me 30 minutes arguing back and forth before I finally got my appointment. Prior to being Transferred the lady mistakenly thought I needed a physical done. If the other lady I was transferred to wasn’t having such a bad day she could’ve just helped me instead of talking disrespectful. I just needed the Headstart request for my son to start . Overall I wish I could go somewhere else but I’m a cape resident.
