Verizon in Fernandina Beach know nothing Verizon in Yulee are a bunch of butt heads looking out for their own pocketbook you're better off going to Verizon corporate in rivercity City. The ones in Fernandina and Yulee are just sales stores.
Who knows. Every time I ask them a technical question. They try to make me upgrade my phone. Last time I was there all I wouldn't was a simple battery change. I ended up at Cellutions and got excellent service.
