I am a new customer and had a bad experience with this location. Whoever the manager is needs to be fired because there is no customer service at all. If you want to deal with a Verizon location I would chose another location than this one they seem a bit hostile.

My husband and I purchased 2 phones and a tablet at the Verizon store at 1550 US1 in Vero Beach. Ryan Leefers couldn't have been more accommodating. He spent so much time with us on several occasions. He called to see how things were going and answered our questions.

Comcast (not my provider) managed to cut my fiber line digging in my yard for the second time, so I needed a quick home network to get two offices and the house back online. Great service at the store. I was able to add and activate Verizon's new home internet device within the hour by adding a line to my plan. Every other option was out of stock everywhere in town.

I was the first customer today, with my nose up against the window, at the Verizon on 20th street in Vero Beach, Florida. I had issues with my phone, unable to charge. I brought my charger with me..as it turns out, the charger was faulty, not my phone. I wish I had gotten the associate's name..tall, handsome African American man who was very kind, patient and quickly found the problem and solution. I am very grateful for his support.

Is there a reason that your salespeople lie about phone upgrades with 2 year contracts attached to their corresponding "promotional tablets"? Dishonest sales department, shop elsewhere, preferably somewhere they care about their customer base.

They don't. And they do care. They work all day answering password questions and helping people other problems that have nothing to do with the phone, then get yelled at all day by customers who are mad at the company.

Why is there only 2 sales people with a 2 hour wait time on a weekend 🤬

If you bought it for a Verizon store. Yes you can. But if you bought it at an authorized dealer you have to deal with them.
