They do sell some local art, but it's mainly paintings and prints. You'd have to ask them to be sure if you could sell there.
People trade for product and they resale your product if they deem it saleable product

Personally it might be better to call them and ask, this is more of a comic book kind of store so i am not sure regarding art.
