They do purchase certain collectables however keep in mind that no store will buy them at full value or what you think they are worth. They still have to be able ro turn around and make a profit selling it to someone else. It's not low balling its just business. They cant pay you full value then expect the next person to pay above value.

There are many collectible figures at this store, it's very interesting.

They do not value cards by phone. Bring the card into the shop. Call ahead to be sure someone is there who can value the card.

Call and talk to the comic book section. They can let you know if it will be worth your time to bring your collection in. They offer "in-store" credit or cash, with "in-store" bringing a higher percentage of worth. If you want full value without a middle-man then selling on ebay or other auction site is your best bet.

I personally do not know much about magic cards but I do know that they have a big magic booth inside there with lots of magic cards. They also have a section in back where they play magic card games.

Not sure bout that but they do put comics in baggies with cardboard to better preserve comic books!
