I was there late night they were preping the new dough for the next day. I placed a special order for the next am. Those were fresh. On your question I'm Not sure. but if you needed a large batch of fresh doughnuts after 9pm I would ask if they can prep them special for you.
I'm not sure. I was there at 7:00pm to get a dinner sandwich and they still had donuts left over from during the day.
