It's a private lake so I don't think you need the license for catch and release.
No license needed. It's either $5 or $10 to fish for the duration of your stay. Extra fee on top of campsite rental, but it's basically on the honor system.
Im sure if you camp, you get to fish. As for a license, I can't say.
