Free to get in. You just pay for game packages. Better yet you load money on a card and you have a choice to play video games and go carts, miniature golf, water ride, couple other games. But it's fun. The kids enjoy. For your 4 yr old you would have to ride him with you on go carts. But I would recommend something else for him. Just saying
