Its a classy place, but it's still Spanish. Dress comfortably, laugh heartily, and dine elegantly.
You could get away with it, but you may feel slightly uncomfortable. If a man wears a dress shirt or jacket and a woman wears a nice top, I think it would be fine (dress causal). Sandals are fine. I have never seen anyone in casual attire so I don't know about enforcement.

It is a classy place with great food. There is no dress code. We wore our shorts and sneakers. We were comfortable - the people around us were dressed casually, too. Enjoy the great food and have fun.
