The food was way overpriced and was a real disappointment. The paella was burnt on the bottom and dried out. Don't waste hard earned money, won't go back. The waiter was wonderful, but the overall experience was "Wow, how is this place staying in business." Be careful also ordering paella as they suggest ahead of time. I appreciate Cafe Madrid's response, but need to state that when the mussels, clams and fish are so dried out that they crunch, that is not paella cooked correctly. This isn't our first paella in the US and even when visiting Spain, it was way overcooked and was very dried out. So, your reasoning for overcooking the paella at a cost of $120.00 at my expense is not justified.

Here at Cafe Madrid we are taking the safety of both our guests and our team very seriously. All employees are required to wear gloves and a face mask. Hand washing is stressed as is the sanitation of all touch points (door handles, menus, salt/pepper shakers, etc.). All employees are required to record their body temperature before each shift. We close our restaurant mid-day for a complete cleaning and sanitation process. We have been seating only every other table and booth to ensure social distancing. Hand sanitizer is readily available to both our staff as well as our guests. We are honored to have such a loyal group of friends and guests and will continue to provide the safest environment possible. We look forward to seeing you very soon.
It's less. Between $15 to $30. At least for brunch. The prices for dinner may be higher.
