Jacqueline, the people on here are Customers just like you. Everyone has a sign in front of their store "Were are hiring". Either call or go to the store.

The best way to apply for a job is to visit the prospective employer in person, preferably during regular business hours. You posted your question on a public forum where ordinary people answer general questions about business. If you're really interested in job, I suggest you go knocking on doors.
Was just there few days ago and yes there was a sign that said "we're hiring"....im just a customer though....
