First time I came here I paid $12 for a small meal and the meat was so bad I couldn't even eat my sandwich (and I eat some pretty questionable things), the fries were cold and the ice machine had no ice. Second time, I came for just a slush and it took them so long to give it to me that it was juice by the time I got it. The service is poor and the food is worse. 😬

I had my experience with Darlene this afternoon. There was no greeting at the drive thru, she kept cutting me off every time I spoke, And when she was giving my change back she slammed the cash register (I was in the passenger seat and I could hear her slam it). 10/10 she has terrible customer service.

My chicken strip basket was pretty good and my large vanilla cone was yummy on such a hot day! Wish Dairy Queen would make their ice cream cones a little larger for the price you have to pay! Been eating there since I was just a kid and they used to be much larger! It would be nice as you can buy an expensive 1/2 gallon of ice cream for just a bit more at your local stores.

I always enjoy my trips to this DQ! The food is always good & you definitely get what you pay for unlike the McDonald's up the road! The wait time has improved greatly - used to be 20 or 30 minutes! Now more like 10 to 15 minutes - it all depends on how busy they are! They seem to have fixed the faulty soda machine also! If your order is wrong or the food is not fresh they do their best to resolve the problem! Friendly employees - great food & icecream! 🍦

I qill never stop again. The service, when they are open,is awful. You wait so long, then order is wrong.
What needs to happen is close the place down and open a Captain D's or a Popeyes chicken!!! The place sucks!!!!!
Because the owner and DQ really doesn't care about service at this location....read the reviews,been going on for years!
