So just last week I run my car there, had bunch of dirt and the place was very busy . I understand that they are busy but could my car get scratched up from them not rinsing the car off before sending it in ? Because I have scratches all over

If you do not get a rinse this is possible

Every auto get pre- rinse 1st thing before auto brushes. Although, just like ANY auto wash, you stand the risk of scratches, because the pre-rinse doesn't get everything off and more over, people take their RUSTY autos through, and at any time the rust can get caught in the brushes and scratch any auto that goes in after....sad but it happens...

I guess anything is possible. I've run my car through there after it's been pretty dirty however and have had no issue. Sorry to hear about your car though.
